Oftentimes, counseling has a negative connotation: therapy
is for people who have
something “wrong” with them, or it’s for people too
weak to handle their problems on their
own.
I don’t buy that.
We all live in a hurried and frantic world.
Always on
the go,
always
somewhere to be,
always busy.
Meanwhile,
pain and confusion
seem to shadow us wherever we go.
Sometimes our relationships slip.
Sometimes we find ourselves puzzled about meaning and purpose.
Sometimes
we wonder how life got "this way."
Sometimes
we just need someone to help us make healthy choices.
A counseling therapist, or
psychotherapist,
is a partner in exploring and addressing deep,
real questions like these.
In my office here in Houston,
you’ll find
therapy is confidential, safe, and solution-oriented.
We’ll tailor a purposeful therapeutic plan specific to
your needs.
As a trained, experienced,
and licensed professional counselor,
I am familiar with a wide range of issues
related to both individuals and families.
I also incorporate a
variety of tools and resources
into the
counseling process, such as the enneagram.
There is another way.
There is
help.
There is
hope.
When you are ready,
feel free
to call or email me.
